Next Gen Workshops

The Game Changers Workshops are a professional development program designed to help early- to mid-career professionals explore and transition into careers in biosecurity policy.

Munich Security Conference 

February 15, 2025 - Munich, Germany

CEPI, the Brown Pandemic Center, and NTI, in collaboration with Foreign Policy, brought together emerging biosecurity leaders from the Global South. These rising leaders, including the Biosecurity Game Changer Fellows, engaged with top-level decision-makers to explore next steps in addressing the threats posed by deliberate, accidental, and naturally occurring biological risks. By strengthening biosecurity and biosafety, we can unlock the full potential of new technologies while minimizing risks, advancing the 100 Days Mission, and ensuring global health progress is achieved in a safe, secure, and equitable manner.

October 18-20, 2024 - Washington, D.C.

This event convened early-to-mid-career professionals from across the country who are considering careers in biosecurity and pandemic preparedness policy, to provide insight into emerging issues at the intersection of AI and biology and what a career in biosecurity policy entails.
