Biography
Carly is a public health professional with 10+ years of experience in managing a wide range of research and surveillance projects. Most recently, she served as a Senior Program Officer with the Global Public Health Programs team at the American Society for Microbiology. Previously, at the Milken Institute, she managed an initiative focused on early warning surveillance for emerging pathogens, which strengthened her interest in pandemic preparedness. She holds a BA in behavioral neuroscience from Lehigh University and an MPH in global health from The George Washington University.
